Apple Cider Vinegar

Our naturally fermented vinegar is made from 100% Gangwon-do apples cold-pressed to craft an authentic British-style apple cider, then re-fermented into a slow food vinegar.

How to Drink

Dilute with water or sparkling water in a 1:5 to 1:8 ratio according to your taste. You can also mix with honey and warm water for a comforting tea, or combine 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 teaspoon honey for a salad dressing.

Storage Instructions

Since the mother of vinegar is active, please refrigerate after opening. A thin film may form, which is harmless.
